Inspired by cooking shows and her late grandmother's wisdom, she pursued culinary school and worked in San Diego's finest restaurants. Amanda's vision combines high-end quality food and experiences in a classy yet down-to-earth environment, with menus featuring seasonal, organic, pasture-raised, and locally sourced ingredients that reflect her passion for supporting local farmers and ranchers.
